Join us for the NCAP Winter Music Recital as we celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our music students!

Students studying through Noel Community Arts Program will take the stage to share what they have been learning in their private music lessons. Family, friends, and members of the community are invited to come enjoy an afternoon of music and encourage our student musicians.
